Bradley Bledsoe Downes
Mr. Bledsoe Downes is an enrolled member of the Chickasaw Nation. He has over a decade of experience in Indian affairs matters, with extensive experience in tribal governmental and jurisdictional matters, tribal-state intergovernmental relations and negotiations, and tribal-third party business transactions, and is a frequent speaker at conferences. Mr. Bledsoe Downes served on-reservation for over three years as the Tribal Attorney for the Hoopa Valley Tribe and he currently serves as on-reservation General Counsel to the Elk Valley Rancheria. Mr. Bledsoe Downes is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of California.
Ronald Rosier
Mr. Rosier is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation and he previously served as General Counsel to the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation. Mr. Rosier has extensive experience in government policy and procedure and tribal matters involving employment, elections, health care, law enforcement, tribal revenue allocation plans, per capita payment programs, tribal-state tax issues, and tribal gaming and regulatory issues. In addition, Mr. Rosier has significant experience in economic development including multimillion dollar government infrastructure projects and the development of new commercial enterprises. Mr. Rosier is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona.
